Carrying Concealed Weapons Class

At Carolina Sporting Arms, we are committed to promoting firearm responsibility and safe gun handling to insure the safety of our customers.

To promote this goal, we offer a 'Concealed Carry Handgun' class. This course is necessary for our customers to obtain a concealed carry permit / license (sometimes referred to as a 'CCW') for their weapon. The North Carolina General Assembly enacted a concealed handgun law that allows qualifying citizens of North Carolina the opportunity to obtain a permit to carry a concealed handgun. This law became effective on December 1, 1995. Once issued, the permit is valid throughout the state for a period of five years, unless it has been revoked. A background check is completed through a local Sheriff's office prior to issuing the permit.

Please call or come in and sign-up for our next class. A small deposit is required to reserve a spot in these very popular classes. The cost of the CCW class is $125.00. The list below are the date of each month:

Saturday April 10th

Saturday May 22nd

Saturday June 19th

Saturday July 17th

Saturday August 21st
