“Excellent action pistol competition, professionally run, and excellent safety maintained at all times. Most shooters were friendly, some very friendly. I felt totally welcome. I don’t have the rifle skills as I have pistol skills but with the training and what I learned in pistol, I plan to come for the rifle competition. Either way, I will be back! I felt most welcome.”

For most people, practical shooting is pure sport conducted with little or no thought of the self-defense aspect of firearms use.
